Breast Pimples Are an Embarrassing Situation
How embarrassing! You found breast pimples on your chest! It can be mortifying to look into the mirror and find little bumps scattered across your chest, how did they get there? Are they real pimples? Breast pimples are often related to other acne problems that typically manifest themselves on the facial skin; however some times the answer is simpler than that.
Breast pimples are often the result of ingrown hairs on the chest. Yes, you can have hairs on your chest! These hairs are often quite small and light colored, however when the pores become blocked, and the hair follicle becomes infected, the end result is a bump or blemish, that looks suspiciously like a pimple.
Prevent breast pimples by exfoliating your chest area with a gentle exfoliator. If you are concerned about the pores on your skin in your chest area use a toner on the area. You can use the same toner that you use on your face to close the pores on your skin. If you have problematic skin on your chest, treat the area just as you would treat your facial skin. Use a cleanser, a toner and spot treatment on obvious spots. By taking care of the area you will be able to have clear skin on your chest, just like your face.
